Just a footnote to the previous post, hear one of you say I know I crossed the line, I put that sentence in capitols for a reason, it was a private conversation, not meant for anyones ears but my husbands, you all heard it because you were listening in, illegally. Crossing the line is threatening someone's children, you cross the line daily, you have crossed the line between legal and illegal, between trying to legitimately do your job and changing it into harrassment, you cross the line when you threaten someone with physical harm, and continue to try to cause pain with psychological 'games', in short, there is no line you haven't already crossed and there seems to be no line you won't cross.  I didn't go into detail about that conversation in the previous post because that would be publicly crossing the line, and I am not like you.   The capacity you have for self delusion, the capacity to think that somehow I deserve what you do, that what you have already done is not enough is truly mind boggling.   I suppose that is how you keep going with the hate all these years, self delusion.  I just couldn't let that idiotic comment go uncontested,  crossing the line is your specialty.

Two days later and Mr AB  is now threatening to 'stuff up ' my daughter.  Mr AB what have I done to you?  I don't even know, yet you are dedicated to bullying, and harrassing, and now you want to start on my daughter.  As far as I know I have never met you, let alone done anything to you.  My daughter knows nothing of your hate club, and your involvement in it, she has definitely never done anything to any of you, I (unlike yourselves) have not tried to recruit her against any of you. In short you would be starting a hate campaign , probably using the same tactics you used against me, i.e. spreading rumours, most likely along the lines of being in porn or being a whore of some sort, the starting up of a hate page, account, recruiting all the buddies, rellies, and kids to get in on it, and all because she is my daughter.  She's not me, but you have figured that if you can't get me, then you'll get her and that will hurt me.  Real nice.  She has also never met you, she has never done anything to you or any of your group, yet you will stoop to hurting someone totally uninvolved to try to get to me.

Why don't all of your hate group meet up with me?  Tell me what your problems are, obviously I have upset you for some reason, is it the O'Sullivan thing?  What about that hurt you each specifically?  Or was it something else?  To the neighbour, here's something to think about, when I discussed with my husband about that time regarding your wife, no one would have heard any of it if you weren't using listening devices to listen in on our private conversation, in short no one would have heard a thing, if YOU HADNT BEEN USING LISTENING DEVICES TO LISTEN IN ON PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS.  I am sure many a thing has been said in private houses and back yards all around Australia, things that people would not repeat, but if you illegally listen in on private conversations, then you had better be prepared for what you might hear.  Besides you have gotten me back a million times over with the old whore rumour haven't you?  But that is not enough.  So man and woman up, meet me, tell me, or is it that you have become too used to hating that you don't know how to stop?  What could I have done that made all of you so angry?  Remember the Ipswich thing went on for a year.  A very long year during which my children and husband and myself suffered enormously.   Try going a year with disrupted sleep, people threatening you, throwing rubbish on your property, following you, constant negative media coverage, strangers treating you like some mega bitch, all because you want a good nights sleep.  That was it, a good nights sleep.  Anything else that happened , happened because a stubborn old man would not even try to keep his birds quiet at night, ATNIGHT, we didn't even care if they made a noise during the day.  If anything else got 'shut down' out there because of the spotlight on the noise thing, that is not my fault.  he could have stopped the publicity any time he liked, by keeping them quiet at night.  He's a bit like you isn't he?  Just didn't want to admit to being wrong, just doesn't want to give in.  It is not a weakness to give in, it takes great strength. 
Years have gone by and still you all hate, it must get tiring surely?  I am now in a good place, much better than ever before because I now am not angry, I feel sorry for you all.  Anger eats at you and you can't do anything else, you can't move on.  i am offering you all the chance to say it to my face, get it off your chest, then get on with your lives.   Or has your lives become me, what I do, what I say, where I go, what I think, what I wear, do with my hair, eat?   If your lives are all about me, then you have no life of your own.  Watch me and listen to me if you must, but I am just living my life as best I can, I am not hiding, You are the ones hiding, your lives are watching and listening to mine, that is sad.   Yes you may get the odd day when you still manage to 'get' me, and so that means your lives are all about that, your happiness is dependent on me being unhappy, and most of the time I am not unhappy, so therefore most of the time, you must be unhappy.  Don't any of you see that?  It is crazy, years and years of your lives just waiting for those times when I am unhappy?   Crazy.

Male next door says he will 'have me murdered'.  I don't actually think this will happen, it is designed to be psychological torture, I am meant to worry and hopefully go to the police and tell them and then they can have me sent off for a psychological assessment.  Won't fall for that one again. Would demand a lawyer.  Especially as some of you are police.   Male voice also said I am 'self righteous', well coming from someone who psychologically tortures people for a living that is a laugh.  Someone who day in and day out along with a few other people, tries to get a rise out of me, probably loving my blog, well it is my insurance against you actually carrying out your threats, technically the threats are a crime as well, but as I have mentioned many many times, don't know who to go to, won't be believed, you got it covered.  You say you have put a block on my centrelink application, do you have that authority?  Maybe you do, Who would be able to do that?  You have done that so that I cannot move out, because you have it set up nicely for yourselves on either side of me and you would have to go through the whole process  of 'acquiring' neighbours again, and the ones I've got are so accommodating.  Also it would also be a whole new bunch of people that would have to be coerced/bribed whatever , who would then know what you are up to.
I am not worried about being murdered, I have been told by a man I am a dead woman, numerous times you have said things like you want to smash my face in, etc etc, you are nasty, but can't do much except keep up the psychological torture, and even that is not working these days.  bye.

Have you ever tried to get onto the CCC website?  Must be my computer, so slow.  In previous posts I have mentioned the ACCC well, oops it's the CCC.  Thought that if anyone out there was interested they could do some Right to Information requests for me, as if I do them, I will be dismissed as a nutcase.  So consider these:

1.  RTI  re any official surveillance of myself by Queensland police,  who requested it , who authorised it and the reason why.  Also is it ongoing?  and the reason why.  Any warrants issued to enter my place of residence, issued by whom, requested by whom , reason given, and subsequent findings?  Any recordings or photos or video taken during any surveillance, reason for taking of?

2.  RTI  re any single or joint venture between QLD and NSW police re a raid on our NSW property in 2016, who requested, organised it, warrants issued?  Granted by whom?  Reason given and subsequent findings?  Possible Federal police involvement in this one, maybe you could find out?Do interstate raids need Federal involvement?

If Federal police involvment then another RTI would need to be done to investigate the who's why's etc of that.

I can tell you that they found nothing, which is why some of them are pissed, they really want to pin something on me, that's why they are still watching/listening, it is a waste of tax payers money where the police are involved.  If you want information on their suspect activity I have more detailed journals, with dates, plates etc. 

The media still in on it, still baiting, still trying to get that reaction that they can use, this might count as a reaction,  I call it insurance, after all you have threatened me, quite seriously, several times. I think by now if any of your threats, like the most recent one last night "she has no idea what's coming ",   it's probably something you've already done in the past.   Guys I know you read this, surely one of you knows it is not right what you're doing, come on, I have done nothing but insult some people, after being baited.  My only crime is not being liked by some people with power.

Is there some sort of RTI a person can do on a private company, like a television/radio media outlet?
Spying on someone must come under something in a budget, 'special investigation'?

Was there a programme once that supposedly showed 'my neighbours' talking about being worried and needing extra security, the people shown on this segment were stand ins, i.e. not my real neighbours, it was a concocted piece.  I clearly was worried about them trying to harm me, not the other way around.  They probably edited it quite cleverly like they do and cut out the insult at the end that was thrown my way, my threat?  "I'm writing everything down",  huge threat.

So did we really think anything would change?  Not really, well if I'm stuck with you bunch of lemons (sour pussess, filled with bitterness) I might as well make lemonade.  I was thinking , if I'm this ugly old cow/whore you keep telling me I am, why are you all so interested in my every word, action and thought?  Well the conclusion must be because I am extraordinary, awesome, in some way I warrant a whole team of people on my ass day and night, i warrant neighbours being bribed and co-opted, I warrant a hearty campaign of trying to discredit and dishearten.   i am willing to bet it is because I am in some way (not only a threat to you) amazing.  Maybe I don't even realise how amazing I am?  It is classic to try to destroy someone you feel threatened by.  I am honoured to have such teams dedicated to myself.  I hope the expense is worth it, but then again maybe people like you are a dime a dozen?    well it seems 2018 is going to be the same as all the previous 14 years, except I now consider you my fans, what else would you call people who have formed a group to watch and follow your every move?  Special hi to some avid fans,  Kindy Screamer, hi doll, you will never be as interesting as me, even if you are hot and have the boys drooling,  your little girl act is really only going to work until you are old and ugly like me, then what?  No personality to fall back on, no conversational skills,  no more hot body, oh well it happens to all of us, no doubt I will still be around to hear it all, as no doubt you will still be egging them on, in 10, 20,30 years time.  Hi to cute blue eyes, well, Kindy Screamer aint giving it to if she hasn't already,  you seemed like a nice guy once, what happened, too long with them, oh well it happens.  And my favourite media and cop people, still in on the crowd?   Kiwi cop with black hair and blue eyes is,  why , no real crims to go after?  Or is it a 'special branch',   no they wouldn't waste money on things like this.  You are also cute in your own way, what no husband or partner to do other things with?  Of course i am more interesting, aren't I?

Here are some hypothetical questions that I would ask if I were to investigate the purely fictional things that have been going on.  All people mentioned in this are of course fictional, the questions are hypothetical and would be asked by myself if I were to investigate a hypothetical long term systematic harrassment and discrediting of a person, which might involve hypothetical media and fictional police. It goes without saying that any sane person would not continue such harrassment for such a long time, one would have to be psychopathic to continue such for so long.

'Special Investigations"?  If a media outlet used illegal means to get a story in one of their special investigations, say illegal monitoring using cameras and microphones, why don't they get charged with stalking an individual/persons?

If police had knowledge of such a special investigation and the use of monitoring equipment on an individual, wouldn't they arrest the media for illegal stalking?   If they suspected the individual of illegal practices, wouldn't they monitor the person themselves?

If a special investigation results in an arrest or arrests, do the police turn a blind eye to the means the information was obtained, if so is that legal or ethical?  I thought only police could be issued with warrants to 'spy' if you like on the public?  Surely anything else done by anyone else is , well, spying or stalking, illegally?  If the arrests involved murder or rapes or child molestation I dare say the public would say fair enough, but if the monitoring was done to an ordinary citizen, say a house wife, what would the public say about such monitoring?  I mean it could happen to anyone.

Who do the special investigations information go to?  Just certain police or all or any?  Is any money or favours exchanged, say information about arrests to capture on camera, a scoop, for information about criminals?   Is this legal or ethical?  Once again maybe in some cases, but what about those little, ordinary people?

Are 'special investigators' used in some cases, by the media, what are these people down as on the payroll?
If a person was being 'monitored', say for years on end, wouldn't that show up on some accounts somewhere as some sort of expense?  Wouldn't the expense have to have some details attached to it as regarding what monitoring was being done by whom to whom?  People have to have been 'deployed' on a daily basis, what are they down on the books as doing every day? Such a long standing situation would have to appear somewhere as some expense.

I am sure there are many media outlets and police who are honest ethical people and would not condone stalking or harrassing of an ordinary citizen for no good reason.  And so to those people, here are some questions I would ask if I were to investigate such a case.

If children were being used as lookouts, and in some cases to follow, maybe children would not like lying to the police?

Family members and friends of people must have some knowledge of such a long standing situation.
Ex-neighbours perhaps?
What about online?  Deleted hate sites?  Twitter accounts?  Don't they all leave traces?  Who set them up, where, how?  Are they still out there?  If visual content is involved, how was it gotten?

If people around areas a person might walk a dog were approached and their places used as places of monitoring, what were these people told about the subject being monitored?  Why would they believe it?  Was it the type of person doing the telling?  The profession of the person doing the telling?

What if people who lived a few streets away, say of Indian extraction had been approached by these people and told whatever the park walking people had been told, started to wonder if it was all true?
What if other people in the same street had been approached by certain people and asked to be involved in the 'slandering' of a person as they walked their dog past their houses and these people said 'no.' What if the people that said no could identify the people that approached them?

What about looking at when people moved into a certain area, how many of them are related?
Do these people have people of certain professions in them, or in the media? Do they know of the person being monitored, how?  or are they related to someone who has a grudge against the person being monitored?

What about just asking random people in the area about the person being monitored, people in shops,locally, what they have been told and by whom?

What about colleagues of some of these people, what do they know about what some of them do when they are not at work, the people that 'do it on their own time' after work.? Maybe media people.



What about other people in the neighbourhood, are they aware, what have they been told?
If a thing goes on for years and years eventually lots of people become aware, at least of bits and pieces of it, all of those pieces add up.

What about the mercedes driver?  Who in the media drives a black mercedes?  A CEO ?a manager? Probably lots of people,
Who gives the go ahead for these type of 'special investigations' to be carried out?
What mercedes driver fits the description,  male caucasian, tall , dark hair, parted on the side, large build.? If such a person existed, why would he give the go ahead for such an undertaking?

I have used fictional names and posed hypothetical questions, my motives are purely to shed light on possible practices which are unethical and illegal.

What about asking where certain persons have had holidays?   Gifts?  Who paid for them?
 Use the same sort of devices they use to monitor them at their illegal monitoring, I think any individual being harrassed in this way would be grateful to anyone who would reveal what that individual has been living with for years.  Watch and note who goes in and out of certain places, who are they?  What are they doing there every day and in some cases night?  If they don't live there, think about it.

Finally, barring murder, child molestation, or rape, no one deserves the treatment I have had at the hands of people with many more resources than I have.  I would have served 14 years already if I'd been imprisoned for some crime.  Hate will eat you up and you need to get over whatever it is you think I did to deserve what you have dished out.  I have said awful things in the past ,usually as a retort to baiting, which I'm sure you've used to your advantage, i.e. not showing the baiting.  I continually say 'leave me alone' and you continue your harrassment.  Surely there comes a time when you want to just have a normal life?  Or is your life dedicated to tormenting me? If it is you are wasting yours as well as mine.14 years when you could have been meeting new people, trying new sports or restaurants, watching dvds, taking up new hobbies or travelling, whatever, but you spent it hating and scheming and egging each other on.  However anything I've ever said is nothing compared to what you have perpetuated upon me.  You have been responsible for my losing jobs, through harrassment and rumour mongering, you have invaded my privacy and slandered me, you have threatened and followed and lied and just kept on, your nasty comments and conversations I have overheard when i have been alone, have been called 'my hearing voices', yes I hear voices, your voices.  So I have been labelled schizophrenic, surely that's enough 'payback' for whatever you think I've done to you.  I guess it's optimistic of me to think you will stop.
All of you fictional, hypothetical, people, fictional neighbours and their families and friends who are not involved in my harrassment,  can't you build a hypothetical bridge and get over it?
 

Great hilarity next door this morning at my expense of course.  The perfect, paragons of masculinity , who have no flaws, are extemely good looking and of course intelligent,are putting Harvey Weinstein to shame with their favourite pass time, insulting me.  It takes great intelligence to come up with ones like old cow, old whore,etc and their wives/girlfriends/boyfriends are also so perfect, they are justified in insulting me aren't they?  They are in no way bullies, stalkers, illegally using listening devices to try to intimidate me.   The neighbours do not get gifts, money etc to let them use their place/s as venues for said stalking, without warrants, illegally, oh I said that already.  It does not take a whole bunch of them to 'get' at me, I mean there are not at least two shifts, day and night on my case.  They do not recruit their rellies (even using their children), I mean how many people do you need to get one female, even if she is ugly and old?  It seems to take a lot of you for one of me. I am sure that no media outlets are involved in said stalking, on the pretence of 'a special investigation' or any other such thing.  Of course I suppose they are working on the principle of if you wait long enough you will eventually get something you can use against someone,  it's already been 14 years, I wonder how long these 'investigations' can go on for?  I better strap myself in for another 14 years ay boys?  Try to think of some more intelligent insults, the old whore thing is really old.

It seems some people are upset about my fictional blog.  I am a bit psychic and so I am guessing there are people out there with those names who are upset. There must be hundreds of people with the same names around the world. If no one reads my blog how would anyone know what names I used? I am a mentally ill woman who writes a blog that no one reads, why would, if in theory, the fictional people whose names used, get upset about a nobody using their names in a trashy piece of fiction?  Is it because it is true? Isn't that what people would think?  Why not just dismiss it as a piece of rubbish?  In fact if these fictional characters were to take anyone to court for using their names, wouldn't that give the trashy blog a whole new audience, in fact make said blog popular?  I must stress that I wrote that any resemblance to any real persons is purely coincidental. Some people who read it might think it was the truth, just like some people think the CIA killed JFK, or that aliens exist. What if some people who read it came out and said "wait a minute this is real", the fictional characters would look very stupid.  After all the person who wrote the blog is a known schizophrenic, she has an active imagination, she conjured the names up out of thin air.  I like the word fiction, in fact in some entries every second word is fiction.  Fiction rules.  I know there are several Deborah Russell's out there.  I am reading a book by Matthew Reilly at the moment, and the bad guy in it has the surname Russell,  i should write to him and complain about him using my surname in an unflattering context in his book.    Personally if someone uses my name in an unflattering blog of fiction, I will just dismiss it as trash.    In fact I believe there are unflattering things online about me, but I dismiss them as trash, written by stupid people, who write trash.

what the heck, while I'm on purely fictional characters, here's the descriptions of two purely fictional police officers, who belong to two different purely fictional police stations, shall we say, one station is named after a place with alot of trees , hint starts with a W and the second part of the name is a place along a top of a hill, hint, starts with a R.  This purely fictional police station has at least one officer who is corrupt, he is caucasian, with mousey hair, medium build, and he turned up on the day a person who is also purely fictional was made to go to hospital for a psychiatric assessment, this purely fictional officer followed the fictional person to the hospital, this purely fictional officer has been seen with another purely fictional character who is female, they have followed the purely fictional character who went to the police seeking help with these people harrassing her and then got sent to the hospital,  .These purely fictional characters watch the well, me, from the purely fictional neighbours places on either side.  It seems that these purely fictional police don't like people who complain about harrassment, it seems that these fictional police are either doing it on their own time or doing it under instruction of the aforementioned purely fictional Dawn McGinley.  Also there is a police woman a purely fictional police woman who works at a police station, purely fictional, called a colour of dirt, and long flat , hint starts with P.    She is caucasian, kiwi accent, black hair, blue eyes,30's she is also one of the purely fictional characters involved with the harrassment of well, me.   There are also a host of other characters, why do they harrass , well, me, apparently they don't like me.  Wow.  So watch out, you wouldn't want purely fictional cops on your ass.  What a waste of public money if it is an official thing, watching someone because you don't like her.  I think I have already described two purely fictional cops at the Park Ridge shops, one older male, white hair, tall, one younger male dark hair, also tall, probably located at the purely fictional colour of dirt and P station, also one last purely fictional character, Amanda,  female, natural brown hair, slightly curly, caucasian. What's even worse though is these purely fictional cops turn a blind eye to purely fictional illegal goings on involving the purely fictional neighbours,  another cop who is purely fictional is an older male, bald, paunch, owns a golden retriever, he is in his 50's or 60's,  this purely ficitonal male , drops off and delivers stuff to the purely fictional neighbours,  he has contacts up north, he tells the purely fictional neighbour to "get rid of it" when purely fictional me hears them, the contact up north mentions kids, one with tatoos, one is quite pretty,  the purely fictional cops and the purely fictional media people know about this but would rather spend time and money harrassisng , well, me.  All kinds of flash fictional cars come and go at the fictional neighbours, mercedes, flash 4wds, all sorts of new stuff arrives and is delivered to the fictional neighbours,  the fictional older cop, the bald 50', etc also must mention he wears fictional glasses, he picks stuff up out of fictional neighbours letterbox sometimes.  When , well I, tried to send a fictional letter to the fictional AFP  it was intercepted by the fictional Dawn McGinley and co and one young fictional female cop said sorry, she forgot about the regos, the fictional regos that i collected.  Also I have been fictionally threatened with having my fictional head cut off, being raped and having my daughter killed, to fictionally intimidate me and cause fictional anguish.  These fictional characters will stop at nothing, they are fictionally involved in all sorts of fictional crap.  I have a journal which details all the fictional things I have seen.

Due to the neighbours being visited by a caucasian man with dark hair parted on the side, tall, large build, driving a very flash black mercedes,  Mr Big or near to him shall we say, I am going to reveal two of the purely fictional, if they bear any resemblance to any real persons, it is purely unintentional, these are purely fictional characters,  the woman who is involved with the police, the fictional character I shall call Dawn McGinley, and the person involved with the media I shall call Ashley Bradnam, purely fictional characters.  I decided to name these fictional characters because I expect another year of harrassment from these purely fictional characters and their associates, under the direction of the purely fictional character above who drives the purely fictional black mercedes, which is all a figment of my imagination.

It is 2018 and I have endured 14 years of the 'hate group'.  I have been trolled online, had rumours spread about me saying that I am an old whore, I have been harrassed at various work places, literally harrassed out of them, neighbours have been recruited, they have broken into my home, drilled holes and placed cameras and microphones around the place , they have and still do, follow me in cars , at shopping centres they tell shop keepers that I am a shop lifter, they have made sure I overheard them say things about my getting raped and or beaten up and or killed to cause mental anguish,  they still spy on me 24/7 at day via one neighbours carport and at night from the other side at (what used to be a rental) property.  Police, media, all sorts of people are involved in it.  I do not think I am the only one.  I now have the names of two people involved in it, one is (not sure if still is) a media personality, who worked for a radio station, and the other is an older lady (probably a cop, at the very least she has something to do with the cops involved), their names are written down in my hand written journal and I will put them in other places as well.  Today the carport side of the spying, had another visit from the guy in the very flash black mercedes, he is probably close to Mr Big,if not himself.   What were they discussing? Well what to do with me, because I now know two of their names, and I also know what a few of them look like.  What will they do? I mean I've now also seen the black mercedes driver.  I have the number plates of several people involved, of course because they have cops on board, I suppose they could mess with the police computer and maybe change details, so anyone reading this that might have some clout, bear that in mind, look at people who have used police computers inappropriately, or for an inordinate amount of time looking at regos.  The police, as I have mentioned in a previous post or two are involved due to one of them thinking myself and my husband were somehow criminals, but a raid on our NSW property drew blank, because we are not criminals, we are ordinary people.  This failed raid caused the female involved alot of embarassment apparently, she lost credibility with 'the agency', whatever that is.  Since then the cops have been on my case, a couple of male officers tried to intimidate me at the Park Ridge shops a while ago  and the are a couple of others involved as well.   If you can't figure out who the media personality is from the hints in a previous entry,  then look in all my hand written stuff.   It all started out in Ipswich 2003, I made a bunch of people look like idiots, and that bunch has grown somewhat since then and they have been determined to 'get' me. Apparently starting in 2007 I was watched by the ACCC, why? Your guess is as good as mine.   A doctor who worked for the Justice Department was used to mentally assess me , and yes, according to her I have a persecution complex,  funny that. Firstly a doctor who worked for the Justice Department being the one to assess a lowly bus driver.  A counsellor I was seeing was nearly in tears as I told her about my being 'stalked', two people in the hallway , I heard the woman say "If this ever gets out it would be disastrous", the bald guy with her said "It won't".  They got to you Marion, I know you had no choice.    As I have posted previously as well, if I have some sort of 'accident' or disappear, or mysteriously get ill, in short if anything happens to me, you'll know where to look for the culprits,   there is money involved in this, it makes me think There is organised crime involved. The people placed in high places.  As for the neighbours and other ordinary joe blogs, they are probably in the dark as to the extent of it all, they are just along for the free stuff and money that they get for allowing them to use their properties, and alot of them are not that bright and just get involved in the mob mentality, of hating 'that bitch' which would be me.  This sounds like a bad tv serial and I wish it was.   The mayor involved in the Ipswich stuff has since been charged with criminal offences, that much is checkable, the rest is all true as well, I have repeatedly asked these people to just leave me alone, but they won't.  I don't think they ever will,  I can live with that, that's if they let me live.  I have some psychic ability, there I've said it, alot of people don't believe in that stuff and fair enough, but it exists, it is this ability that scares these people, instead of being sensible and getting me to help them catch bad guys, they ARE the bad guys, and that's why i scare them.   I didn't even realise how much ability I had until they pushed me, and so therefore I should thank them for bringing it to my attention that I have more than I realised.   It is now the only weapon I have and so they have left me no choice but to try and develop it and use it.  Maybe I can do the world a favour and get rid of some of them, hopefully before they get rid of me. I mean maybe someone will read this and not dismiss it, maybe someone will do some digging and see that what I write is true and maybe some of them will be caught, exposed, and maybe just maybe it'll spare some other person what I've been through.
